The trail features redwoods, wildflowers, bird watching, and a self-guided tour.  This trail is quite popular, plan to arrive early to ensure available parking. From the parking lot, cross over Bald Hills Road on the bridge. The trail will climb gently through the trees and lush understory.  You’ll soon arrive at the dedication site, marked with a plaque and benches. Past there, you’ll descend to the intersection with Berry Glen Trail where you’ll find some of the larger redwoods. Past the intersection, you will return along the east side of the ridge. Follow the trail to the left to return to the parking lot.
