Out🌱Grown’s Core Programs

Growing Connections. Strengthening Communities. Supporting Families from Birth.

Our community-led programs take an intergenerational approach that starts at birth, ensuring families have the support they need to incorporate nature into daily life. Whether addressing maternal mental health, creating connected outdoor experiences, or providing resources to make getting outside easier, our programs are designed to meet families where they are.

HIKE IT BABY (HiB)

More Than Hiking. More Than Babies.

Hike it Baby is where OutGrown’s roots began—but it’s much more than just hiking.

  • Broadly inclusive: From playground meetups to urban strolls to trail hikes.
  • Led by trained Outside Guides who create welcoming, connected outdoor experiences.
  • Designed to build community through shared nature-based outings.

BRING IT OUTSIDE (BiO)

Helping Families Get Outside in Ways That Work for Them

The Bring It Outside (BiO) program:

  • It meets families where they are on their outdoor journey.
  • Provides tools, resources, and activities to make getting outside easier.
  • Hosts workshops and events annually to support outdoor access for all families.
  • Deep community connection and growth.
