1. PLACES / ROLLING HILLS COUNTY PARK
Rolling Hills features numerous trails all over the park. There are both paved and dirt trails. You can explore the woods, pond and grassland area all in the same hike! There is also a playground to explore. The paved trail is very stroller friendly and dogs are welcome on it too.  Dogs are not allowed on the dirt trails however and they are also not stroller friendly at all. During the winter none of the paths are well maintained. We usually use a sled or there is a well marked cross country skiing course. There is ample parking all over Rolling Hills.  They have an inside area with year round bathrooms. There is an admission charge of $6 for residents of Washtenaw county $10 for non-residents, or you can purchase an annual pass. There’s usually only someone in the pass booth in the summer though. The park is open from 8am-9pm in the summer and 8am- dusk the rest of the year.
