Wooded Hill Nature Trail

The Wooded Hill Nature Trail is a great trail for the kids. It’s a short trail and with just a little bit of elevation gain that leads to some great views of the Mount Laguna Area. This trail is a Figure 8, but it is pretty easy to follow. We usually go clockwise in the loop and about a mile in another trail will branch off to the left. Just continue past that and you will be heading back to the trail head. There are numbered rocks all along the way that point of different plants. Brochures can be picked up at the Mount Laguna Visitor Center on weekends if you would like to learn about them as you hike.
