Trails & Trees Environmental Center

The Trails & Trees Environmental Center is located on York Street in Mechanicsburg. There is a forest, a large meadow, trails, springs, a stream, a modern pavilion, and a Pre-Civil War Farmhouse. The Environmental Center may or may not be open at the time of your visit, but the trails are open daily.

In the summer this location has a lot of bugs. In rainy seasons it can be muddy.

Parking Details

There is a small parking lot at the Environmental Center but if it is full, you must return back to the street and loop around the block to park at Mechanicsburg Middle School and take the trail over to the Center.
