Timmerman Trail

One of our favorites trails!! The Timmerman links in the Riverwalk so you can hike or bike for miles!!! My favorite feature is the red iron bridge!! This paved path is well lit, with occasional call boxes. It runs along Congaree creek and old earthen works. There are signs posted to lookout for alligators (and they have been sighted crossing the path a time or two). Keep an eye out for the occasional snake, too.
