The Village Green of Cashiers

This is a beautiful 13.2 acre park in downtown Cashiers, NC featuring a large wooden “castle”- style playground, sculpture garden, and several short nature trails. There are wetlands and a forest glade, as well as a dahlia garden. Great place for an urban stroll. This park was established when a few local families bought the land in 1992 and donated it to a nonprofit to manage in hopes of curbing urban growth in the area and losing the natural surroundings.
