1. PLACES / SEHMEL HOMESTEAD PARK
Sehmel Homestead Park has a great series of trails with forested areas, wetlands, meadows, and grassy areas.  The main loop is approximately 2 miles, with side trails to increase or decrease that length.  There are a few areas of boardwalks around the park, including one that showcases a stream that travels through the base of a tree (informational kiosk explaining the stream and salmon life cycle are here).  You can manage a jogging stroller here, but there are some hills and lots of tree roots to navigate.
