Sassafras Trail

This is a 2.3 mile loop trail at Paris Mountain. It goes through the woods and along a small creek for part of the time. There are a couple of spots where the trail crosses little creeks. At the beginning of the hike there is a sign indicating hikers go around counterclockwise and bikers go clockwise. The trail starts on an uphill and toddlers  may need to be carried for the first part. There are plenty of easier spots for littler walkers to go on their own later on.
