Retzer boasts 335 acres of land with trails of varying length and terrains. The Nature Center focuses on environmental education, land management, community restoration, and wildlife habitat improvement. There are restored prairies, colorful butterfly and rain garden, and even a natural play area. While your there check out the Horwitz-DeRemer Planetarium located in the nature center
