1. PLACES / RAMAPO VALLEY COUNTY RESERVATION - VISTA LOOP
Vista Loop Trail is a 3.5 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located in the Ramapo Valley County Reservation. The trail features a lake, waterfall, several vistas, and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and nature trips and is best used from April until November. Dogs are able to use this trail but must be kept on leash. This trail can be done as a loop or as an in/out to the waterfall (which is crazy fun in the Summer!!)

Parking Details

DO NOT PARK ILLEGALLY. You will be ticketed and it’s a $75 ticket. There’s a large lot, but on lovely days it gets packed. Sometimes there is overflow parking in the nearby church.
