1. PLACES / QUITTIE PARK- THE STREAMSIDE TRAIL
The Streamside Trail & Fred and Tanya Richter Streamside Trail The Streamside Trail, seen in dark blue on the map, runs along the Quittapahilla Creek, also known as the Quittie Creek. This trail is fairly flat and is all-terrain stroller friendly. Sections can become muddy as it is close to the creek itself. There may be sections appropriate for splashing but care should be taken around water, especially during times of heavy rain and flooding.  This is a great walk for those looking to be in nature without traveling too far away from the Palmyra/Annville area. While there are some residential properties alongside the nature park it feels quiet and secluded. The large footbridge along this hike, near the parking area is a great view of the creek. The section connecting the East High Street Trailhead to the Bachman Road Trailhead/parking area is known as the Fred and Tanya Richter Streamside Trail for their donation to purchase the additional land in 2018.
