Helpful Trail Information
Natural Play Area, Viewpoint, and Visitor Center This trail can be exceptionally hot in the summer with temps reaching over 100°F and there is almost no shade on this hike. Be cautious and bring lots of water. The gravel at the beginning of the trail may be a bit slippery, especially for young kids. There is a steep drop-off at the beginning of the trail, handholding of littles is recommended. Bryce Canyon sits at over 8000 feet above sea level, so be sure to consider this when exploring, especially if you’re visiting from closer to sea level.
