Helpful Trail Information

We will meet over at the Amphitheater/ Fire pit, for welcome circle. We will begin our journey to Marilyn's pond. We will play for a little bit in the dirt, have snacks along the way. We will then make our way back to the Amphitheater. This is a combine toddle/adult pace but let's be honest the kids will lead the hike. I have changed the rout a bit to make it accessible for strollers, this is an easy hike with some elevation gain. Bring snacks, water and possible a change of clothes for the littles as our weather has been rainy and there may be puddles/ pond they wish to splash in. Dress accordingly to our weather.

Stoller, Carrier, Water Snacks, change of clothes.

What baby or child hazards are there on this hike?

Pond, running water, rocks, wildlife, vehicles.

Parking Details

There is plenty of parking. You want to pass the Visitor center and go all the way to the end of the road. You will end up in the picnic day. I like to park close to the entrance of the trail.
