1. PLACES / NORTH ZEPHYR COVE (DOG FRIENDLY)
We host a reoccurring weekly toddler led hikes here in the warmer months. There’s a big parking lot, restrooms, and picnic tables. Best to go during a weekday. We start at the picnic tables for snack under the pines, then toddler wander or carrier walk or terrain stroller too. There are boulders to climb, a meadow with a bench to stop and rest which is also a good turn around point or you can continue on the trail cross a stream and it takes you on a longer trail network North of Zephyr Cove I’m unsure how far it goes probably a couple miles. After our trail walk we go splash in the lake, dig in sand, watch the birds and boats.
