1. PLACES / MILLARD CANYON FALLS
Millard Canyon is tucked just north of the nearby residential neighborhoods in the foothills. The trail starts at a campground area (restrooms available), and then heads into a narrow canyon. There are lots of trees, and in high water years you will need to do many deep stream crossings. The trail concludes at a seasonal waterfall, which is gorgeous and roars with power during high water years (the best time to go is after the first several rainstorms of the season in spring).
