There are 2 playgrounds, restrooms, shelters, a lake and creek all near by this trail.  Tom Brown Park is a large recreational area that provides activities like disc golf, a bmx track, an RC Car track, dog park among others.  You could definitely make a morning and a picnic out of this one!
