Loop Trail

The loop trail on the map is a 4.4-mile loop around the entire nature preserve. For little ones I typically hike a smaller loop making it 1.2 miles. On the map the trail follows the loop trail, then hooks up with long pond bypass and remeets the loop trail.

Lake, Shaded Hike, and Wildlife Viewing Trail visits a beaver pond, where lots of beaver activity is present. Great Blue Heron nests can be spotted in trees in pond.
