1. PLACES / LIGHTHOUSE POINT
This starts out with a short, but big climb up a a rocky slope, then levels out. Not suitable for strollers. Half way point has a beautiful view of Deception Pass Bridge, a great place to take a seat and have a picnic. After the initial climb, it is much more gradual. Some hand holding sections, as there are a few drop offs. Playground at the beginning/end to entice the kids with and a great beach for rock throwing. Bathrooms with running water at the parking lot. Limited cell service. Looking for more mileage, add on Lottie Bay or Roasario Head!
