1. PLACES / HIBERNIA COUNTY PARK - LAKE TRAIL
The Lake Trail runs out and back from the Hibernia Mansion to a scenic vantage point overlooking Lake Chambers.  The scenic stop is surrounded by rocks, so a fun place for a snack break, tossing rocks, and watching boaters.  A fun feature of this trail includes markers on many diferent types of trees with leaves/info about each type. About 0.6 mi each way, the trail is in a heavily wooded area with nice flat well marked trails.  Along the trail is an area for birdwatching, as well as a few other stops to view the lake from a distance.  Stroller friendly.  Chester County website also mentions this trail is wheelchair accessible.  There is a picnic area and playground very close to the trailhead (play structures most appropriate for older toddlers / preschoolers and older).  This trail can also continue on to the Hibernia camp site.
