Hanging Rock - Upper Cascades and Rock Garden

This short trail includes a trip through the rock garden and a stop and the Upper Cascades falls. It’s a Kids in Parks TRACK trail and has kid-friendly literature, including a scavenger hunt, at the trailhead. The Rock Garden portion is ADA friendly. The round trip to the falls and back is about .5 miles on gentle incline. There is a wooden staircase that takes you down to the water, but you can view the falls without going down it. Great kid-friendly trail with a lovely view. Park in the main (Visitor’s Center) parking lot.
