William F. Hayden Park on Green Mountain offers a challenging system of multiple-use trails for all abilities. The trails tend to dry earlier than many of the foothills parks, making the park a fantastic winter destination.

Helpful Trail Information
Natural Play Area and Viewpoint There is a great flat spot at the top of the first climb right next to the radio tower that is a perfect place to stop for a snack, diaper change, rest, playtime, etc. The one drawback to this trail system is it is a favorite for mountain bikers and they are prevalent on all of the trails.
Parking Details
There is a decent sized parking lot at the trailhead with port-o-pottys. It can fill up on the weekends.
