Helpful Trail Information

We will be meeting in the south entrance this is past the main entrance with the visitor center. You will keep driving on NV-431 until you see the ranger station/ fire station on your right if you are driving from Reno. Parking in the lower parking spot is preferred instead of up near the pond. There is a bathroom and I recommend you use before the tail for little ones.

What gear would you suggest a family bring along?

Carrier, water, bug spray, sunscreen, snacks. lunch, closed toe shoes, pants for littles as they may fall on rocks, extra clothes,
