1. PLACES / ELLANOR C. LAWRENCE PARK
Otherwise known as Walney Park, this park is great for little explorers. It is shadded and the trails meander through the forest in many directions. There is a pond, creek, bridges, and lots of places to take a rest. The trails are natural and not stroller friendly.

Helpful Trail Information

Creek / River, Lake, Picnic Area, Shaded Hike, Visitor Center, and Wildlife Viewing This trail has a pond and creek. It also has a bridge and benches to keep little ones motivated. There is also a large international airport close to this trail area and the flight pattern brings many large airplane overhead. My 4 year old gives this trail two thumbs up.
