1. PLACES / DILLARD WEST TRAIL - MT. BALDY
Mostly tree covered, well maintained gravel loop. Mild elevation gain with wooden steps and bench at the summit. Baldy is nice for what it is. A short and sweet hike. Great for kids because it’s not too long and pretty easy. Lots of poison oak so be aware! Go to watch the sunset and it’s the perfect spot! The first mile has mostly gravel on the trail. If you keep going, it can get muddy in the rainy season. You won’t want to go if it’s rained recently you might a slip a lot!
