Helpful Trail Information

There is a bit of an elevation gain, can be rocky and narrow in places. Carriers are recommended for when early walkers get tired. An all-terrain stroller could handle it but it could get rough in spots.

What gear would you suggest a family bring along?

Carrier if needed/desired, sun protection, snacks (there are picnic tables next to the pond, makes a great halfway stop)

What baby or child hazards are there on this hike?

The loop circles a pond. This is bear country so be aware!
