1. PLACES / DAIRY MART LOOP
This is a great trail for little legs, as it packs a lot into a short distance. Begin at the parking lot and head counter-clockwise. You’ll soon come to the first over look which has bird blinds that kids can look through (with a boost from an adult) to do a little bird watching. Continuing down the trail will lead to an even better view of the pond. Watch for the trail marker, where you’ll make a left hand turn onto the cool bridge/boardwalk. There is one more trail junction where you will take a left. You will pass through another parking lot on your way to the staging area. The second half of this hike is much more exposed. This trail is ADA accessible up to the large viewpoint of the pond.
