1. PLACES / COPPICED WOODS TRAIL
A 1.87 mile hike/bike trail through the Coppiced Woods near William F. Miles Lakes. A medium difficulty trail with connections to the Louisville Loop. This is wonderful for adult paced, carrier hikes. This is well shaded and has some elevation that makes this a moderate level hike. There is one section in the thick of the hike that splits 3 ways. One leads to the upper parking lot start. One leads to the Louisville Loop near the large parking lot at the bottom of the hill. The third leads to the Louisville Loop near the large parking lot but further down the loop. It is maybe another 5 minute walk to the larger parking area and you will past the other trail head on the way. Parking Details

There is a large parking lot at the North Beckley Paddling Access at the bottom of the hill. Follow the paved path to the trail head. There is a small lot at the top of that hill for maybe 6-8 cars. There is a trail head next to that small parking lot.
