Helpful Trail Information

There are a few steps to enter, but once past them the trails and walk-ways are stroller friendly. There are a mix of trail options throughout the park such as a grassy meadow, gravel path, board walk, and a more traditional hiking path. These options make it a great versatile park to bring children. The elevation gain is minimal.

What gear would you suggest a family bring along?

This place makes an excellent place for a picnic due to the scenic views and numerous open fields.

What baby or child hazards are there on this hike?

There is a pond central to the park. There are a few locations with a drop-off, but it is evident from the path.
