1. PLACES / CITY PARK TRAIL
Beginning at the end of the City Street Trail, this approximately 1 mile walk will take you through the woods behind Hurricane City park. The trail begins as a wide path that gradually narrows. There are some areas with an incline that may require little ones to take it slowly, but those level out. There is a total elevation gain of 171 feet on this trail. It does loop around and bring you right back to the clearing you started in, where there is a picnic table for a quick snack before exiting via the 1/4 mile City Street Trail.   Submitted by Ginny Blankenship
