1. PLACES / CCC TRAIL AT CHEWACLA STATE PARK
Chewacla State Park has a variety of trails. Some can be challenging for young children on their own. The CCC trail is a great trail for young children. To begin the hike you need follow the Lakeside Connector trail to the right of the lake (the lake will be to your left). When you get to a fork in the trails there will be a trail map and to the right the CCC trailhead will be clearly marked. This trail is full of loops and switchbacks. This trail has three length options.
