1. PLACES / CASCADES PARK
Cascades Park is a well maintained 1 mile concrete loop in downtown Tallahassee.  This loop surrounds beautiful cascading waters and a small lake.  There are restrooms and water fountains.  The park area also has a slide, water pump play area and a splash pad.  Other features include covered picnic tables and wooden love seat-style swings.  There is also a restaurant and cafe for coffee, lunch or dinner. Please note this area has very little shade and is extremely hot in the summer time.  Plan to go early if it is a hot sunny day! The Cascades Park Loop connects to the 2 mile out-and-back Capitol Cascades Trail.
