Callaway Gardens Discovery Center to Butterfly Garden Trail

Callaway Gardens is a breathtaking property that is perfect for any vacation, staycation, or day trip The property has an outdoor experience for all outdoor enthusiasts. Our family enjoys so many of the amenities that Callaway offers, but one of our favorite things to do is to hike the trails. Our child loves the walking trail from the Discovery Center to the Butterfly Garden. Part of the trail is paved and the other part maintained enough for stroller access. The trail is toddler friendly. The trail is well marked and is completely shaded. The views are majestic, with the lake, gardens, and quaint sitting places along the way.

If you time it correctly you can also watch the Birds of Prey show along the way.

The park offers an annual pass if you are interested in returning. Park by the Discovery Center to hit the trail head.
