Bonneville Shoreline Trail, Orem, UT 84058

This section is 1.5 miles. It’s popular with trail runners and walkers. So you’ll deal with more traffic here than on the other sections. Navigation for this section is the simplest of any. Northbound from the Orem Bench trailhead, the trail is just uphill from the trailhead toilet. The BST will gain around 300 vertical feet on the way to Dry Canyon. Most of it comes in one ugly 1/3-mile grunt-fest shortly after leaving the trailhead.
