Bob Meyer Memorial Park

Bob Meyer Memorial Park is a large area with different entrances walking paths and lots of sports fields. Tucked away in one corner off Gravelly Hollow Road is Fort Medford. This play area has both a new all access playground and an old fashioned wooden playground. It is awesome for young children and still exciting for preteens. There is a covered pavilion inside the playground area which is mostly fenced. There is a path that runs from behind the playground around a baseball field (the kids can climb into a “tower” for a good view of the field), through a small wooded area and back past the soccer fields to the playground again. All Medford park bathrooms are closed but this park does have a port o potty that is generally clean.
