1. PLACES / BLUE WALL PRESERVE
This hike is mainly flat with wide trails, making it a good option for kids. This lollipop trail takes you past two small lakes with mountain views and small waterfall. You could probably take an all terrain stroller to at least the second lake, but it might be a little more difficult to get it around the lake. From the parking area, walk down the road. You’ll pass a trailhead sign and then a big blue sign with the name of the park. The trail will split, and you should continue to the left. The right is private property and is marked with a red warning sign. Continue to the first of the Twin Ponds. There is a nice view of Hogback Mountain. There is a small path to the left you can explore, but it is not long. Continue going straight to the second pond.  Make a loop around the second pond. There is a waterfall in this area, which would make a nice place to take a break. Partway around there is a fork to Vaugns Gap, but follow the signs to stay around lake. After completing the loop around the pond, you will return back the way you came.
