1. PLACES / BIG ROCK/CEDAR ROCK LOOP
Combine the Big Rock, Cedar Rock, and Little River trails for a moderately strenuous 3.5-mile loop.  The trail starts by climbing to the top of Cedar Mountain, then crossing over the top of it, following cairns which mark the trail.  After descending the other side, you will re-enter the forest and join up with the Little River Trail, which is shaded and mostly flat.  Across the top of the mountain, you will be hiking on granite, with new views to soak in every few hundred feet. Park in the Corn Mill Shoals Access Area.  The trail starts across the road.
