1. PLACES / BEAR CREEK REGIONAL PARK EAST
This park offers a variety of connecting trails that you can make your hike longer or shorter.  The main loop trail is all-terrain stroller friendly and toddler led friendly.  It passes by the Bear Creek and horse stables, which provides partly shaded trails. In this area you can stop for time to play near the water on hot summer days. The loop continues to an open field and there is no shade in this section, and has a little bit of elevation.  At the parking lot there are 2 large covered picnic pavilions and a playground.  Restrooms are available at the administration building.  There is a seasonal community garden where you can stop and discuss gardening topics. This area isn’t crowded and it is perfect for toddlers to run along the trail or walk a few loops with the stroller.
